1.Towel :

The first must have item is a towel. This is so that you can thoroughly clean and dry your body after a workout.
Even if you do not take a shower there, then you can wipe sweat on your face and whole body with a towel. Keep a microfiber towel with you because it absorbs moisture well.

2.Water bottle:

Next, in order to stay hydrated it’s important to have some type of water bottle with you at the gym.
One of the key things to remember during a workout is staying hydrated, so make sure to drink plenty of water during and after your workouts.
Reusable bottles are better for the environment because you can use them again and again!

3.Headphones for music or podcasts:

Pack Headphones for music or podcasts is a must.
Music is a great motivator for those people that like to workout, and many gyms have what we’d call “bad music.”
In order to keep things lively, bring your own headphones-either earpieces or an over the head variety––to listen to your favourite tunes while lifting weights.

4.Fitness Tracker or smartwatch:

 
Fitness Tracker or smartwatch such as a Fitbit that tracks your heart rate and sleep patterns, calories burned, steps taken, distance traveled etc.
If you want to get the most out of your workout and track progress over time, then a Fitbit or similar device will be invaluable for tracking all sorts of stats––from number of calories burned during that morning jog to distance traveled on the treadmill.

Don’t let body odor get in the way of an amazing workout! Pack deodorant to keep you smelling great all day long.
To maintain cleanliness after a workout, packing deodorant is vital.
If you work in an environment where other people can smell body odour on you it’s important for your own well-being to have enough supplies to avoid being that person.

7.Wipes:

Pack wipes in your gym bag to clean up spills, sweat, and smelly areas on yourself and equipment with wipes.
There might be times when you will be at the gym and can’t take a shower, as it is too late.
Body wipes are good for this time, and they are one of the items in a woman’s gym bag.
They cannot replace a shower, but if you have no other choice, body wipes will help.
 

8.Shoes:

Some people might think shoes for the gym are an obvious item, but it is important to remember which type of shoe you need for a particular workout.
You should buy a good pair of shoes for your workouts.
It is important to wear comfortable and right shoes to protect your feet from injury and to maintain proper posture and for your spine,while doing deadlift etc.
so make sure to buy a good pair of shoes and keep them in your gym bag.

Energy bars are portable, easy to eat and contain the nutrients your body needs after exercising.
Add a high-carb bar before weightlifting for sustained energy. Post-workout, choose a protein bar for optimal recovery.

Energy bars are one of the quickest ways to energize your body after or in between workouts.

Training gloves can be used to help improve grip strength in your hands or for protection when lifting heavy weights by absorbing some of the impact if you do weight training.
The gym is a haven for people who want to improve their physical fitness, but it can also be tough on your hands.
It’s important to pack gloves in your workout bag to protect you from painful calluses and other irritations.
